On 6 May 2012, MPRG members replaced the defective rotator on the West Tower.
Stripped gears in the rotator had allowed the tri-band yagi to swing in the wind – meaning we only used that antenna when the wind was light and the antenna was pointed in the right direction. 🙂
The new rotator is a Yaesu GX-1000D.
