Former Auckland Radio ZLD operator Bernie Smith died on 21 July 2018 at Nelson, age 91.
Bernie appeared in a video shot on the final day of operation at Auckland Radio, 30 Sep 1993.
He visited Musick Point Radio Group in November 2014. See photos.
